Reproducibility of multi-pole components at the final doublet (QD0 and QF1 ) 20m
The reproducibility is very important at installation of S-band BPMs, when the magnets are split into two halves and reassembled. The multipole components are very sensitive to growth of beam size at IP. After the installation, it is difficult to measure distances of gaps between pole tips with enough accuracy. The BPMs will be installed on 14th October in the magnets.

        • a question on the effect of the multi-pole field 15m
Why the "tuning" is not very effective to the multi-pole field? 1 Does the tuning include multi-pole (non linear, strength of sextupole) knobs? 2 Is the tuning simulation done only without multi-pole fields? Then add multi-pole after the tuning? Or, Is the tuning simulation done with multi-pole fields ?
