All AS TAG leaders should come prepared to discuss the following:

• Proposed AS relevant talks / schedule
• Scope of presentations (speakers)
• Website and support documents -status (speakers)

15:30 → 15:50 TILC09 parallel WGs, goals etc.

Discussion of parallel meetings (to AAP review), WG structure, programme schedule and goals. All AS TAG leaders should come prepared with an idea of how much parallel time they think they can make use of. The PMs will briefly present ideas on overall goals for these activities.
