- Assessment of technical implication, proposed in SB2009,
- Impact across system interfaces, cost, and schedule
- Consensus to be discussed with the GDE and Physics/Detector
collaborators,
- Preparation for recommendations to the Top Level Change Control (TLCC)
   evaluation panel (chaired by GDE Director),
