 Discussed Ken's/Mike's suggestion of setting up Work Packages (WP) for 
 polarimetry throughout a three year period (EDR-phase), see below... 
 Should also include energy and emittance measurements that will very 
 likely take place within the same magnetic chicane.

 Suggestion to have a annual workshop on polarisation & energy measurement.
 Most likely next spring, i.e. March/April 2008 ?

 Proposal to write-up what we intend to do (WP contents) by the end of the 
 year. Might have a first draft ready before christmas 2007. Should meet 
 at least once before...

 Agreed on monthly video/phone meeting: 1st Monday in a month.
 Jenny will handle the agenda @indico & email.
