White papers for Snowmass 2022 are due on March 15, 2022. We plan to make a complete first draft of this paper available on this site at the time of the ILCX meeting at the end of October 2021. We plan to issue the official v1 of this report on the arXiv in early March 2022. We will issue further public versions in early July before the Snowmass meeting in Seattle and in late August before the closing of the Snowmass proceedings. Your contributions are welcome at any stage.
